This first section will ask you to give consent to different aspects of the study.

This survey is comprised of a single multiple choice question followed by a short, written response to an extract from a poem. Participation requires you to just answer these two questions.

There are minimal risks to this survey and minor inconvenience for the time taken to answer, as the survey is very short.

Participation allows the participant to be involved in academic research that could illuminate new ways of reading and responding to literary texts.

Responses will not be shared aside from in the research and no data will be collected outside of the responses.
